El Celler de Can Roca, Girona


I thought my dad was making it up when he told me that a Catalan restaurant was designing a dessert to evoke the same feeling that a Messi goal does. But he wasn't.. El Celler de Can Roca in Girona is doing just that. The restaurant, which has 3 Michelin stars, specialises in "emotional cuisine"



Jordi Roca, the youngest of the three brothers that run the restaurant, is the chef designing the Messi dessert. He hasn't let on much about his creation but has said that dulce de leche will be one of the ingredients.
